500 grams of beef
2 liters of clean water
5 bay leaves
10 orange leaves
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
3 lemongrass sticks
2 cm galangal

8 shallots
2 teaspoons of coriander granules
½ teaspoon of granular pepper
3 teaspoons of salt.

How to make Solo Beef Soto:

Boil the meat in the pan until it's completely tender. Then lift and cut the size of the dice. After that, put it back in the pan earlier.

Heat the cooking oil and saute the mashed spices (garlic, onion, coriander, pepper, salt). Don't forget the leaves of orange, bay leaves, ginger, galangal, and lemongrass.

Cook the spices sautéed. After that, add it to the beef broth according to the recipe. Stir until the soup is cooked.
