Ingredients of Sausage Tofu Nugget

1. 3 medium size white tofu
2. 1 stalk of leeks (thinly sliced)
3. 1 stalk of celery leaves (thinly sliced)
4. 1 carrot (finely grated)
5. 3 chicken sausages (finely chopped)
6. enough pepper
7. 1 pack of KOBE Special Seasoning Flour (75gr)
8. 4 eggs
9. enough cooking oil (for frying)
10. 1 pack of KOBE Breadcrumbs (270gr)

How to make Sausage Tofu Nugget

1. knead tofu until smooth.
2. Mix with chives, celery and carrots. Add chicken sausage, pepper and KOBE Special Seasoning Flour. Add 3 eggs. Stir until the mixture is evenly mixed.
3. Pour the mixture into a pan that has been oiled. Steamed until cooked.
4. After it's cold, cut the nuggets into small pieces.
5. Shake off 1 egg. Dip the nugget into the egg and roll it to Breadcrumbs until blended.
6. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown. Drain well.
7. Sausage Tofu Nugget ready to be served while warm.
