Dry Seasoning Material:

1 mace flower

How to make:
1. Heat cooking oil. Saute fine herbs with cardamom, mace,
cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, and kaffir lime leaves until fragrant and cooked.
2. Enter the beef, mix well. Cook until it changes color.
3. Add the mashed peanuts and water. Cook until the meat is
tender, and the spices look greasy.
4. Give brown sugar, sweet soy sauce, tamarind juice and
salt. Mix well, taste. Cook until the spices are getting greasy. This means
that the peanut sauce already feels legit, turn off the heat.
5. Serve with the complement.
