How to make:
Meat:
1. Cut the meat into boxes

smooth.
3. Heat oil. Saute the spices together with the orange
leaves until they are fragrant and cooked. Enter the meat.

tender and the seasoning permeates.

sugar dissolves. Cook until the spices remove the golden red oil (from the
color of the chili).
4. Add enough water and give salt. Keep stirring until
boiling so the coconut milk doesn't break.
5. Reduce the heat. Continue to cook until the liquid
shrinks slightly and the sauce is thicker and greasy. Set it aside.
