Best Potato Curry Recipe

Material :

1.   500ml Oil for frying
2.   500 gr potatoes, peeled clean
3.   1 stalk of celery leaves, finely sliced
4.   1 egg
5.   1 red onion
6.   1/4 tsp pepper powder
7.   1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
8.   1/2 tsp salt


How to make it:

1.   Heat the cooking oil into the pan, add the potatoes.
2.   Cook until they change color and softness. Lift the drain for a while.
3.   In a large mortar, immediately put the potatoes that are finished fried (still hot), puree.
4.   After the potatoes are smooth, add celery, pepper powder, nutmeg, salt, egg yolks, and shallots. Stir until smooth.
5.   Form the potato mixture that has been mixed with the spices into flat dots or the shape of the cake until it runs out.
6.   Heat the cooking oil. Meanwhile shake off the eggs.
7.   If the cooking oil is already hot, dip each cup into the egg white until smooth before frying.
8.   Fry the cake until the color turns brownish yellow, keep it behind and evenly and not burn. Lift, drain.
