Kentucky Fried Chicken


Kentucky fried chicken is fried chicken that we usually find at the Mall or in fancy dining places. Of course these two chicken dishes provide the same taste but the taste is different. Well here the Chef Recipe will present how to cook Kentucky Fried Chicken for Mother at Home.
 
Basic material :
  1.    Provide 1 kg of chicken thighs (the amount is up to you as needed)
  2.    3 garlic cloves
  3.    2 tablespoons salt and pepper

  6.    ¼ tsp vetsi

How to make :
  1.    Combine ingredients classified as liquid coatings
  2.    Stir until evenly distributed
  3.    Enter the other ingredients (egg yolk, water and stir until evenly distributed)
  4.    Put it in the refrigerator
  5.    Prepare dry coating material, stirring
  6.    Sprinkle the chicken pieces with pepper, (salt, garlic, and stir until smooth)
